Earth Link and Advanced Resources Development (ELARD) is seeking dedicated professionals to join our journey in delivering excellence in the environmental field. We are looking for Environmental Specialists who aspire to develop their careers in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare environmental studies, including EIA, SEA, CEMP, OEMP, and audits.
• Conduct Environmental Due Diligence studies and site assessments.
• Generate proposals for projects.
• Produce technical reports.
• Participate in field visits and Environmental and Social baseline surveys.
• Engage with stakeholders through interviews as part of our stakeholder engagement activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (environment, geosciences, chemistry, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree with 3-4 years or Master's degree with 1-2 years of experience in the environmental field.
• Knowledge in air quality-related fields is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, regulators, and sub-contractors.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
